Last night, both ABC News and CNN brought election night in America to Times Square. Thousands of spectators from around the world, as well as local, national and international media, converged to watch the results of yesterday's presidential election. Live election coverage was broadcasted on the giant screens throughout Times Square. The spectators cheered in jubilation when it was announced that President Barack Obama was re-elected President, defeating Governor Mitt Romney. Times Square has been the gathering point for New Yorkers on Election Days since 1904.
