While it is tempting to consider living outside Manhattan where the cost of renting or owning an apartment or condo is much lower, I still think that the living in my rental faculty housing studio apartment (without a view) is a smart choice. I signed my lease today thinking about the proximity of my apartment to my workplace (a 10 minute walk) and the convenience to get to places I enjoy visiting without having to drive. A ROOM WITHOUT A VIEW
While it is tempting to consider living outside Manhattan where the cost of renting or owning an apartment or condo is much lower, I still think that the living in my rental faculty housing studio apartment (without a view) is a smart choice. I signed my lease today thinking about the proximity of my apartment to my workplace (a 10 minute walk) and the convenience to get to places I enjoy visiting without having to drive.
