Last Sunday, 32,000 cyclists pedaled 40 miles of ca-free streets throughout the five boroughs of New York City for the 35th annual Five Boro Tour. It was also a fundraising event benefitting various charity groups. The ride began in Lower Manhattan and headed north through the Bronx, then back down the east side of the FDR, over to Queens and Brooklyn and finishing with a ride over the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge into Staten Island.
