After dusk, this is the view of Lower Manhattan from the Brooklyn Bridge Park. The park's Empire Fulton Ferry is 4.5 acres of waterfront parkland that has a boardwalk with stunning views of the Lower Manhattan skyline. One World Trade Center, still under construction is now a prominent part of the skyline.
