This is one of the gorgeous artwork on display at the newly reopened American Wing of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. It is called WELCOME, made of painted and leaded opalescent glass (New York City, 1909) by JOHN LA FARGE, the closest rival of LOUIS COMFORT TIFFANY.
