Academy Award nominated actor, Mark Ruffalo expressing his support for Occupy Wall Street
Occupy Wall Street demonstrators marched from Lower Manhattan's Zuccotti Park to Washington Square Park this afternoon. A peaceful rally was held and the protesters expressed themselves through signs, costumes and discussion, and made their case against corporate greed that led to financial inequities and a damaged economy.  "Occupy Wall Street" is now entering its fourth week, and is seemingly gaining strength as the movement spreads to other U.S. cities.

Protesters Make Some Noise On Wall Street

Hundreds of demonstrators, a loose coalition of left-leaning groups like Adbusters and Anonymous took to the streets of Manhattan's financial district today in a peaceful march and protest to draw attention to the role powerful financial interests played in wreaking havoc on America's economy. The protesters intend to "occupy" Wall Street for several days and come up with "one demand" to be submitted to the White House and to the American media.
