Romero Britto and Rea Nurmi's Apple Sculptures at JFK International Airport

Apple sculptures are currently on display at the JFK International Airport. Top photo shows the work of international pop artist Romero Britto called "The Apple." It is a gift from Eunice Kannedy Shriver who dedicated her life to help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The second sculpture, a creation of artist Rea Nurmi, was donated by the Finland Center Foundation in honor of Helsinki.
