Last week, the Times Square Arts and the Public Art Program of the Times Square Alliance presented sculptures by four artists for Armory Arts Week. The sculptures by Tom Otterness, David Kennedy Cutler, Grimanesa Amoros and Niki de Saint Phalle were displayed at Times Suqare's Father Duffy Square.
