Avenue of the Americas Fountain

This beautiful fountain with pool is located at 1251 Sixth Avenue in Manhattan. Diagonally across from the Radio City Music Hall, the fountain is sometimes referred to as the Avenue of the Americas Fountain. 

Sixth Avenue Christmas Decorations

As in past years, giant red Christmas ornaments, lights, toy soldiers, model train and Christmas trees are on display along Sixth Avenue (Avenue of the Americas) in midtown Manhattan for the holiday season.  

Giant Christmas Ornaments at 1251 Sixth Avenue

One of the most photographed holiday decorations on Sixth Avenue are the giant Christmas ornaments in front of 1251 Sixth Avenue building (Exxon Building) across from the Radio City Music Hall. This year, not all of the Christmas balls are red. 

MERRY CHRISTMAS

These are photos of the Christmas decoration at the sunken plaza in front of 1251 Avenue of the Americas (Sixth Avenue). The building itself was constructed from 1967 through 1971 as the second building in the Rockefeller Center Extension across Sixth Avenue. The main occupant of the building is the Exxon Oil Company.
